When we decided to launch our new Laguna Beach real estate site we soon discovered there are no shortages of 3rd party vendors offering custom MLS solutions. In order to narrow down our choices we simply looked at the available features of all the more prominent Custom IDX/MLS website vendors.

What we were looking for was a custom MLS that allowed us to display information we determined was relevant and in the order of priority that would give our visitors fast and accurate information. That was the most important.

Secondly we needed a full featured CRM (Client Resource Manager) that would put is in a better position to assist our clients locate their dream home. The CRM needed to be able to handle communications flow between our Agents and Clients efficiently.

And finally we needed a MLS solution that would supply Search Engine Friendly URLs to aide in visitors finding our listings that search by MLS numbers or communities.

After comparing our requirements against the vendor’s features our choice was clear. We decided to go with the UltimateIDX™ out of Columbia Missouri. By using the UltimateIDX™ we can keep our Clients and visitors on the cutting edge of technology while helping them make informed decisions out buying a Laguna Beach home.
